Patient FAQs

Starting a new program comes with questions, and we want you to feel confident every step of the way. Below you will find answers to what patients most commonly ask about onboarding, billing, shipping, program support, and what to expect throughout your care.

Got questions?
We’ve got answers.

Yes. Patients are invited to create a patient portal account as part of the onboarding process.

Yes. You can cancel anytime; a 30-day cancellation notice is required.

Signing up for the program is as simple and easy way to get your life back on track. There’s no long-term commitment, so you can cancel at any time if it doesn’t work out or affordably fit into other aspects of life without feeling guilty about breaking a contract.
Because medications are delivered in 60-day supplies, we require a 30-day notice before cancelling your program. Programs cancelled without a 30-day notice or after medication has been shipped will incur the final payment.

There is no long-term commitment. Simply put, short term 60-day commitments only.

Which typically means you will incur one more billing cycle. So minimally you are committing to 2-months only. The program will auto renew as long as you are actively enrolled in the program(s).

No. Expedited shipping is not available for Rx Harmony programs.

Dose changes must be directed by your provider. RxHarmony does not prescribe or change your medication instructions. Contact your provider to discuss whether a dose adjustment is appropriate for you.

Yes. RxHarmony accepts FSA and HSA debit cards as a form of payment.

Eligibility for FSA or HSA use depends on your plan, your provider’s guidance, and the requirements set by your FSA or HSA administrator. RxHarmony does not determine eligibility or guarantee reimbursement.

Please contact your FSA or HSA administrator if you have questions about whether your program qualifies under your account.

Yes. Contact RxHarmony at least 7 business days before your next scheduled shipment or automated refill so the Patient Success Team can review available options.

Some orders may require a signature at delivery. This typically applies to medications classified as controlled substances, such as testosterone.

For FedEx deliveries that require an adult signature, someone 21 or older must be available at the delivery address to sign for the package and provide ID for age verification. If no one is available, FedEx may leave a door tag or reattempt delivery.

No. RxHarmony coordinates prescription fulfillment and refill management with the pharmacy on your behalf.

No. RxHarmony does not currently offer a patient referral program.

Yes. Program availability depends on your provider and may include categories such as Longevity, Aesthetics, Wellness, Male and Female Hormone Health, Sexual Health, and Allergy Immunotherapy programs.

You can update your shipping address in the patient portal or contact a Patient Success Coordinator for help updating your address or delivery instructions.

Use needles and syringes only once. After use, place them in an FDA-cleared sharps container. Do not throw loose needles or syringes in the trash.

If your medication vial has been punctured, follow the discard date provided with your medication or pharmacy instructions. For many punctured vials, this may be within 28 days.

Contact RxHarmony or your pharmacy if you are unsure how to safely dispose of your supplies.

Medications are typically sent in 60-day cycles. When you are actively enrolled in your program, RxHarmony helps coordinate the refill process according to your provider’s approval and prescribing instructions. Refill timing is managed to support timely delivery and help reduce gaps in your medication plan.

Your prescription moves through pharmacy preparation stages, which may include invoice processing, compounding or fill status, pharmacist verification, and pre-shipping review.

Medication changes must be directed by your provider. RxHarmony does not prescribe or make medication changes. Contact your provider to discuss whether a different medication or plan is appropriate for you.

Shipping timelines may vary depending on prescription processing, pharmacy preparation, and carrier delivery schedules.

Once your prescription ships, tracking information is automatically emailed to you.

Yes. RxHarmony’s Patient Success Team can review your medication instructions with you, answer program-related questions, and provide guidance on how to take your medication as directed by your provider.

A Health Check or Check-In is an online form sent periodically throughout your RxHarmony program to help track your progress and experience.

Your provider may also refer to this as a patient-reported outcome form, or PRO. Your responses are shared with your provider to help inform future consultations, evaluate how you are responding to your prescribed plan, and support any provider-directed medication adjustments when appropriate.

Do not use medication that is no longer part of your provider’s current prescription instructions.

For unused medication, use a local drug take-back location, mail-back program, or other approved medication disposal option when available. Many retail pharmacies and communities offer safe disposal programs.

Please do not flush unused medication down the sink or toilet unless the medication label, patient information, or FDA guidance specifically instructs you to do so. Before discarding empty medication packaging, scratch out or remove your personal information to help protect your privacy.

The FDA and EPA provide additional guidance on safe household medication disposal, and your local pharmacy or community waste program may offer disposal options near you.

Melted ice packs do not automatically mean your medication is unusable. If the medication still feels cool to the touch, place it in the refrigerator right away. If it feels warm or hot, appears cloudy, is leaking, or looks different than expected, do not use it. Contact RxHarmony or the pharmacy for guidance before taking your medication.

Once your provider submits your plan and information through the RxHarmony portal, a member of our Patient Success Team will contact you for onboarding. You will also receive an email with instructions to create your patient portal account and information about the next steps in the onboarding process.

Your onboarding and support team can help answer questions related to your program, onboarding steps, fulfillment, and coordination.

Your RxHarmony program is designed to make it easier to follow the plan your provider prescribed.

Instead of leaving you to manage each step on your own, RxHarmony helps coordinate the moving parts that often happen between office visits, including your medication, supplies, pharmacy communication, refill timing, billing support, and patient questions.

Your program is billed every 30 days, which helps make ongoing participation more manageable instead of requiring the full plan cost upfront.

Your provider remains responsible for your care plan, including medication selection, dosing, and any changes to your prescription. RxHarmony supports the process so you can stay focused on following your provider’s guidance.

RxHarmony works with licensed pharmacy partners that hold NABP Compounding Pharmacy Accreditation and follow quality standards for compounded medications. Pharmacy partners may vary by program, medication, and patient location.

Your onboarding call may include reviewing your prescription details, confirming shipping and billing information, answering questions about your program, and discussing the next steps.

Payment is collected during the onboarding process before your prescription moves into pharmacy fulfillment.

RxHarmony is here to help coordinate support throughout your program.

You can contact our team with questions about your account, billing, orders, shipping, refills, program details, or medication instructions. If your question requires input from your healthcare provider, we will help route it appropriately so your provider can review and respond when needed.

RxHarmony does not replace your provider’s medical guidance. Your provider remains responsible for clinical decisions, including prescribing, dose changes, and whether a program is appropriate for you.

Prescriptions are shipped directly to the address provided during onboarding.

If applicable, patients may receive onboarding emails, welcome communications, and additional educational instructions related to their program.

Yes. An onboarding specialist from our Patient Success Team will call to review your program and help you get started.

Prescriptions that require refrigeration are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging designed to help maintain the appropriate temperature range during transit.

Please bring your package inside as soon as possible and follow the storage instructions included with your medication.

If your package is left outside for an extended period, appears damaged, is delayed, or if you are unsure whether it is safe to use, contact RxHarmony before using it so our team can review the shipment details and help coordinate the next steps.
