Yes. You can cancel anytime; a 30-day cancellation notice is required.
Signing up for the program is as simple and easy way to get your life back on track. There's no long-term commitment, so you can cancel at any time if it doesn't work out or affordably fit into other aspects of life without feeling guilty about breaking a contract.
Because medications are delivered in 60-day supplies, we require a 30-day notice before cancelling your program. Programs cancelled without a 30-day notice or after medication has been shipped will incur the final payment.
There is no long-term commitment. Simply put, short term 60-day commitments only.
Which typically means you will incur one more billing cycle. So minimally you are committing to 2-months only. The program will auto renew as long as you are actively enrolled in the program(s).
We work with PCAB-Accredited pharmacies utilizing vetted protocols for the highest standards of quality and safety.
Medications are sent in 60-day cycles. As long as you are actively enrolled in the program you prescriptions will auto-refill 50 days after receipt of previous prescriptions to ensure you receive delivery in a timely fashion and do not run out of medication(s).
No. Expedited shipping is not available for Rx Harmony programs.
Only orders that contain controlled substances, for example, testosterone is a controlled substance in the U.S., require that someone is home to sign for the package delivered by USPS or FedEx.
Yes. All prescriptions that require refrigeration are packaged in temperature-controlled packaging for shipment.

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has several resources available for household medication disposal. Many communities also have their own drug take back programs offer by their local retail pharmacies.
Rx Harmony will periodically send patient reported outcome measurement assessments (PROM's). To help provide feedback to your healthcare provider on the effectiveness of your personalized treatment plan.
