We understand your desire for transparency when it comes to personalized healthcare.

We work together with your doctor and pharmacy to make following and maintaining your wellness program easy, so you can focus on what matters—your health.

All medications are custom-made by a PCAB-accredited compounding pharmacy in the United States and follow the strictest guidelines for quality, safety and efficacy.


Your medication may be fulfilled by a partner pharmacy in Georgia or the state of Florida.


Medications are sent in 60-day cycles. As long as you are actively enrolled in the program you prescriptions will auto-refill 50 days after receipt of previous prescriptions to ensure you receive delivery in a timely fashion and do not run out of medication(s).


Yes. We can help you schedule an overnight delivery with a FedEx carrier. 


Additional rates and charges apply.


Only orders that contain controlled substances, for example, testosterone is a controlled substance in the U.S., require that someone is home to sign for the package delivered by USPS or FedEx.


Yes. All prescriptions that require refrigeration are packaged in temperature-controlled packaging for shipment.


Some pharmacies offer on-site medicine drop-off boxes, mail-back programs, and other ways to help you safely dispose your unused medicines.


  • Do not flush unused medications down the sink.
  • Do not flush unused medications down the toilet.
  • Scratch out all your personal information on the empty medicine packaging to protect your identity and privacy before discarding.


The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) sponsors National Prescription Drug Take Back Day in communities nationwide. Many communities also have their own drug take back programs.


Check with your local law enforcement officials to find a location near you or with the DEA to find a DEA-authorized collector in your community.


Rx Harmony will periodically send patient reported outcome measurement assessments (PROM's). To help provide feedback to your healthcare provider on the effectiveness of your personalized treatment plan.


We have a team dedicated to help guide you in this journey, and we will be available for questions and concerns as they arise. Whether they be logistical, medication related, or if you have a questions for your healthcare provider. We will help orchestrate a timely response and coordination of those questions for you.
